We had the privilege to have Abraham and Christa as part of our lives and they were both from the Hugo Bullz family. Abraham was first and given the incredible temperament and loving nature of Abraham we could not wait to add to our home another American Bully, and who better than another pup from Hugo Bullz.
These dogs are literally family and has the absolute most love any dog can give! Hugo has been a close friend and amazing advisor on the breed and in general. He is always available to assist and answer questions and share ideas. Both dogs were amazing with children and our other dogs alike. If you are thinking of getting any family pet at all, think American Bully and then look no further than Hugo Bullz! One of our friends then also got a male from Hugo and thanks us everyday for his incredible companion.

It has been our privilege in buying our American Pocket Bully from Hugo van Greunen. It has been an absolute joy. From day one, he’s been full of life—playful, loving, incredibly friendly and exceptionally intelligent.
You can attest to the amazing lineage shining through, with his father, Hugo Bullz - The Grey, and mother, Targus - Penelope, passing down their incredible genetics which encompass their calm temperament and strong, beautiful build.
Now at 4 months old, he has settled in perfectly with our American Pitbulls and German Shepherd, fitting right into the pack with ease. His fantastic nature, incredible resilience really stands out, being gentle with the family, great with other babies, and always eager to bring happiness into the household.
This little one is not just a pet, but a loyal companion with the biggest personality packed into a compact frame. We couldn’t have asked for a better addition to our home!

Just a huge, grateful, thank you, for our beautiful Saffron. I was a bit concerned that she would not get along with my Daschunds, but what an amazing Bully she is! She is gentle and loves everyone! My Layla just gave birth to 3 puppies 6 weeks ago and guess who is the surrogate mommy? She protects them, is concerned when they cry and loves them as her own.
Make no mistake, she will make her presence known when there are strangers! It took her 2 days to learn basic commands like "sit", "paw" , and is easy to control. She walks confidently on her leash. Saffron is not only our friend, and house doggie, but she is our guardian too. No biting or destroying furniture. We are so happy with Saffie, and would not change her for the world. Thank you for her, and introducing us to this beautiful breed. A perfect family dog with no issues and no worries!
